11 years ago, I was a a highschool wrestler and football player. Just like you, I busted my ass to get bigger, faster and stronger so that I could win more – BUT I never really was as good as I could have been.

I wasn’t training like an athlete should train.
One of the hardest lessons I had to learn was athletes aren’t bodybuilders. We’re not meant to sit on machines in a gym and crank out reps all day.
An athlete needs to be strong, powerful and explosive. We have specific skills that we want to get better at, whether thats running with a football, dribbling a basketball, pefecting a takedown or improving our high jump. As an athlete your training should make you better at your sport.

The Athlete Training program is hardcore, and intense. We work with barbells, sandbags, tractor tires, the prowler, kettlebells and every other tool you can imagine.
