I know what it’s like to be frustrated, confused and SICK of being out of shape.  As a trainer who was not “blessed” with amazing genetics, I’ve had more than my fair share of struggles trying to get the body I wanted.

I was always fairly lean when I was in highschool.  I wrestled and played football for a couple of years and didn’t have much of a problem staying in shape… BUT when I went off to college, all hell broke loose…

I stopped hitting the gym, and found myself visiting the McDonald’s drive thru more often than I ever had.

However when I went home to visit my parents, reality hit me.  My mom and dad couldn’t believe what they saw.  Here was a former wrestler, staring back at them with a chubby face and a gut hanging out of the bottom of his shirt.

I ended up beating myself up emotionally and felt depressed for days on end.  When I finally pulled myself out of my room a few days later – I decided right thena nd there to make a major change in my life.  I was going to get back in shape.

I headed to the local library in Morganville and became a mad researcher.  The librarian must have thought I was nuts, cause I would walk out of there with 10-12 books at a time.

I began working out 5-6 days per week, but I wasn’t seeing any REAL results.  I was doing the treadmill, hitting the machines and even running outside on my own.

After pouring through tons, and tons of books, I accidentally stumbled upon an incredible secret…
