Meet our Team!
We work very closely as a team here at The Training Studio, so you’ll probably meet and work with each of our team at some point while you’re working out. The program you are given to train with remains exactly the same, and will change every 4-6 weeks - regardless of who the fitness coach you are working out with is.

Mike Hanley, Owner
Mike Hanley is the President of Hanley Strength Systems, LLC and the Owner of The Training Studio in Morganville, New Jersey. Mike has made a name for himself as one of the premier fitness coaches in the country, helping clients and athletes from all walks of life achieve their physique and sports performance goals.
Mike is a well respected and established Certified Olympic Lifting Coach and Russian Kettlebell Instructor. With over 10 years active in the fitness industry, he is a wealth of knowledge and experience in the health field. His training methods include a mixture of powerliting, Olympic weightlifting, Kettlebell training as well as many other methods to produce significant strength & performance gains. His specialty is his versatility to provide the highest quality training for every ability level from the young athlete to fitness enthusiasts to professional fighters. Mike has also worked closely with autistic teenagers as well as senior citizens both in the rehabilitative & fitness arena.
In addition to his work in the strength & conditioning field, Mike Hanley is also a competitive athlete. As a driven athlete and coach he is dedicated to leading by example and he competes in natural bodybuilding, powerlifting and Olympic lifting. Mike has also been seen modeling in various fitness publications.
Alex Bunt, Fitness Coach
Alex Bunt is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Upon graduating from the University of California Santa Cruz with a degree in Business Management Economics, Alex decided to follow his passion and pursue a career in strength and conditioning. He is an avid surfer, snowboarder, and national sailing champion. Most importantly Alex is passionate about all things training related and his enthusiasm radiates to his clients. In addition to training clients and athletes at The Training Studio, Alex is strength and conditioning coach for the Rumson-Fair Haven crew team and has been coaching youth sailing since 2006.
