Kettlebell Essentials

This class is great way to be quickly and safely inducted into the world of the kettlebell. For all kettlebell beginners, and those who really want dial in their technique, Kettlebell Essentials takes you through 15-minutes of skills and drills to get your technique grooving, then moves you into an intense 30-minute full body cardio and strength training workout. Each week two to three different exercises are featured, allowing you to drop in and learn the specific moves you need to learn. Take the confusion out of your favorite KB moves and get the most out of your workouts!

Kettlebell Crush

Kettlebell Crush is a dynamic, outrageously intense experience that you must try to truly understand. This class incorporates intense cardio and strength training inspired by the bells. An old school training method, kettlebells date back not only to the Russian athletes and legendary turn-of-the-century strongman, but variations of the kettlebell can be found all around the ancient world.

Our kettlebell trainers are well trained in proper technique and practices to keep your workouts safe as well as fun! Each Crush session is an action packed, half-hour to 45 minutes based on our signature circuit training that Training Studio clients have come to know and love! A jam-packed session that though is centered around the kettlebell, also incorporates bodyweight and advanced core movements as well.

M.C.C.

Metabolic Conditioning Classes, or M.C.C.- perfect if you’re crunched for time but need a simple, efficient and effective workout that burns through fat at lightning speed.  M.C.C. incorporates all of the training tools at The Training Studio — explosive plyometrics, strength/conditioning complexes and circuits that are the foundation of our training.  Safe, creative, exciting & fun, each session lasts 30-45 minutes but trust us, that is all you will need.  You will have the opportunity to use everything from bands and balls to free weights, ropes, TRX,  and so much more. You will do more before you get to work than most people do all week!

Body Rejuvenation

Give your hard working muscles the release and recovery they need to keep your body producing results! Avoid injury and nagging body tension by learning moves to keep your body performing at its best. With foam rolling, a form of self my-facial release, you can reap the benefits of massage without the pricey spa visit. Practice mobility movements and learn the best stretches to tend to your body’s specific needs in a comfortable class setting. Body Rejuvenation is a personal training experience without the luxury price tag- you will learn what your body needs most, how to perform it safely & effectively and achieve the wellness results you need to feel great throughout the week. A must have for beginners and advanced alike!
