How do I thank someone for literally giving me my life back? In the last 3 months, I have changed the way I eat. However, that is not nearly as important as the change in the way I feel. Although I have been on countless diets, where I have lost and gained weight, none of them have changed me mentally as much as the nutrition plan you have put me on. I won’t call it a “diet” since it has become a way of life for me.

I truly never feel like I am on a diet. I don’t dread going out to dinner anymore and I am never, ever hungry. In addition, I have more energy and I feel stronger than I ever have. As a lifelong ‘dieter’, I felt there was nothing new I could learn or any diet that was going to make a drastic difference. Your plan taught me about the right combination of foods so that I always was able to compensate no matter where I was. This is so important for someone who is constantly on airplanes, in foreign countries or in all day meetings. I learned to plan ahead and have been able to meet almost any challenge, even in Paris.

Most importantly, I am not nearly as depressed or down on myself anymore. Before I learned to change the way I eat, workouts in the mirror were disheartening. Instead of focusing on the fact that I was exercising, I was constantly picking apart my body in the mirror. I still do that, but I’m much better about it. The right combination of foods at the right times, really does promote brain power and helps give me a better

outlook. I really would have never believed it would make a difference, but it

really has.

Finally, I don’t think I could have come this far without your support and guidance. I can’t tell you what an inspiration you have been to me. I appreciate all your help and support and will continue to follow this plan and tell everyone I know how I don’t ‘diet’ anymore.
