Superbowl Sunday 5 Minute Fat Blasting Workout

Since the superbowl is this weekend I wanted to send you a quick workout you can use sunday during pre-game or halftime OR AT EACH AND EVERY QUARTER OF THE GAME HAHAHAHA (evil Hanley laugh) to keep your metabolism red hot and avoid some of the disasters that a superbowl feast can do to your waistline. I put together a quick 5 minute workout years and years ago with an great former coach of ours by the name of Brian Bott that can blast your body and keep you feeling good on superbowl sunday. This was filmed on a fun friday night way back when. Feel free to add an exercise and double the time of the workout if you dare. But here is the workout in the video:
Do as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes. Just simply set a timer for 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest and do 4 sets of each exercises to complete the 4 minutes
DO WORK!
1a. Squat Jumps
1b. Push Ups
Once you are done doing 4 minutes you are finished! Easy as that. A hard and fast cardio workout done in only 4 minutes without leaving home or interrupting the game.
